Cheonghwawon Daehangno Branch is a Chinese restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, serving Taiwanese beef knife-cut noodle soup and dim sum. We shared beef knife-cut noodle soup, spicy mixed knife-cut noodles, xiaolongbao, and mala tofu; the chewy noodles and juice-filled dumplings were especially good. A great stop after a theater date in Daehangno.
