Daegu Korean restaurant with tender bossam and potato pancake: Uldong Bossam
Uldong Bossam is a Korean restaurant on Gyeongsanggamyeong-gil near Daegu City Hall, close to Dongseong-ro and Gyodong. Three of us shared medium bossam, a potato pancake, and makgeolli; the tender hangjeongsal and thin, crisp potato shreds stood out, though we did not try the whisky.
