Low-pH cleanser for dry skin: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Foam
HEEDA Jirisan Moisturizing Charcoal Cleansing Foam is a low-pH facial cleanser tested in Korea. With skin that had recently become closer to dry-combination, I found it cleansing yet fresh and moisturizing, with less tightness after washing; it also removed hand-swatch makeup fairly well.
