Why was I disappointed by the residue from cleansing oil?

I usually used cleansing oil to remove my makeup, but I didn’t love how it still felt sticky after washing my face. With heavier makeup, I sometimes had to rub several times, and my face would turn red or break out.

How did I use the HEEDA cleansing balm?

- I scooped out an appropriate amount with the spatula and rolled the solid balm for about 30 seconds.
- I kept rolling until the balm melted smoothly and became oil-like.
- I emulsified it with water, then rinsed thoroughly.

Did it remove waterproof eyeliner too?

I tried it after applying lip balm, waterproof eyeliner, and regular eyeliner to the back of my hand. The regular eyeliner and lip balm came off in one go, but the waterproof eyeliner needed about 20 more seconds of rolling.

Being able to remove makeup with one cleansing balm felt like it took less time. I felt that it finished fresh, without any residue after washing my face.
