Gangnam café with Helsinki Latte and chocolate babka: Minimale
Minimale Bakery & Coffee Bar Gaepo Branch is a bakery dessert café in Gangnam, Seoul, near Korean Traditional Music High School. I tried freshly baked breads from the Bakery Lab, a Helsinki Latte, O Chocolate Babka, and an egg mayo sandwich. Verdict: the chocolate-and-orange babka was especially memorable.
