Mapo Seoul gyukatsu restaurant with limited tenderloin: Gyudo
Premium Gyukatsu Gyudo Mapo Gongdeok Main Branch is a gyukatsu restaurant in Mapo, Seoul, beside Mapo Station’s underground shopping arcade. I tried the 15-per-day limited tenderloin gyukatsu and smoked gyukatsu set, grilling both on a hot stone before finishing with self-serve sungnyung ochazuke. Verdict: an exceptionally tender, thoughtfully presented meal.
