Yangyang dog-friendly café with an electric boat: Cafe Dunchi
Cafe Dunchi is a floating, dog-friendly café on the Namdaecheon River in Yangyang, Gangwon. I drove an electric boat myself for 30 minutes with a drink, then had patbingsu at the café; the parking lot was spacious, but the restroom was a shared facility outside by the parking area.
