Hanamato Daehangno Hyehwa is an izakaya in Jongno, Seoul, with a first-floor bar and a second-floor window-side space. I ate mentaiko cheese potatoes, chicken skewers, and spicy jjamppong upstairs, and enjoyed the open-air feel and snack selection.
