Seocho Chinese restaurant with hand-pulled jajangmyeon: Maeranbang
Maeranbang is a spacious Chinese restaurant near Gyodae Station in Seocho, Seoul. We tried handmade xiaolongbao, two hand-pulled jajangmyeon dishes, and old-style tangsuyuk for 57,000 won. Verdict: The less-sweet gan-jjajangmyeon and dim sum were the standouts.
