Mayway is a Chinese restaurant in Gwangsan, Gwangju. I tried its thick, tender tangsuyuk, a one-person set with jjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk, plus seafood nurungji-tang. Verdict: a satisfying meal where the tangsuyuk stood out most.
