Shabu-shabu in Hwaseong with beef and fried rice: Deungchon
Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Gran Passage Branch is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. I had two portions of spicy mushroom kalguksu with extra beef and self-serve rice balls, then finished with noodles, fried rice, and a Dongtan Lake Park walk. Verdict: call ahead on weekends, but this is absolutely worth a weekday dinner visit.
