Kkot Gatsu Dongtan Main Branch is a pork cutlet restaurant near Wangbaesan in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. I ordered the cheese-and-tenderloin cutlet set and cold soba set, enjoying juicy meat, springy noodles, spacious table spacing, and a self-serve sauce bar. Verdict: the cheese and tenderloin cutlet balance was excellent.
