Hwaseong Korean BBQ with straw-fire grilled ribs: Jipbul Taebaek
Jipbul Taebaek is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Yeongcheon-dong, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. I tried two portions of marinated udeunggalbi and buckwheat bibim-naengmyeon, with spacious seating and an open-window outdoor-dining feel. Verdict: a great spot for juicy, staff-grilled beef ribs with plenty of accompaniments.
