Hwaseong Korean restaurant for pufferfish shabu-shabu: Yubok
Yubok Haemul Kalguksu Dongtan Direct Branch is a Korean restaurant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi, serving pufferfish-broth shabu-shabu kalguksu. I tried the vegetable-added pufferfish shabu-shabu kalguksu and stir-fried webfoot octopus; the clear broth stayed refreshing even after the noodles went in. Verdict: a warming meal I want again on a chilly day.
