Mat Chandeul Wang Sogeum Gui is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Yangju, Gyeonggi, where staff grill 14-day-aged pork belly at the table. I had three portions of pork belly with steamed egg and a wide range of side dishes, including meljeot. Verdict: a comfortable choice for a group meal or a friends’ wedding-invitation gathering.
