Suwon dessert café for chocolate Basque cheesecake: Jo Hui-tak Coffee
Jo Hui-tak Coffee is a dessert café near Ajou University in Suwon, Gyeonggi. I had chocolate Basque cheesecake and an iced Americano; the cake was rich without being overly sweet, and the coffee paired with it nicely. Verdict: a dessert café worth returning to for fruit sando and salt bread.
