Oil blotting paper for oily skin: MEDIPICKME Clear Face Roll
In short
MEDIPICKME Clear Face Roll Oil Blotting Paper is an oil-control beauty product from Korea. I used it for post-makeup shine and my T-zone, and found its pre-cut roll, mirror case, and refill handy. Verdict: a convenient option when you only need a small amount of blotting paper.

What was it like to use when oil came through after makeup?
When oil built up and clumped after putting on makeup, it made my makeup look messy. I used this product both when shine came through after makeup and on makeup-free days when my skin was especially oily.

I wrote that I bought it from the official store for ₩15,600 at the time of writing.

It felt like the delivery arrived very quickly, and the product was protected with cushioning packaging.

Can you cut off only as much as you need?
With the usual oil blotting papers that you pull out one sheet at a time, I hated throwing away the unused part after using it only on my T-zone. With the MEDIPICKME roll oil blotting paper, I could cut off only the amount I needed along the pre-cuts, so it suited the amount I use better.

How are the bamboo material and case designed?
I liked the green packaging, and according to the original product information, the blotting paper is made from bamboo. I also saw that it was described as a product that uses the absorbent properties of bamboo charcoal.

While using it, I could see it absorbing oil. However, claims about retaining moisture or skin irritation come from the product description; I focused on how convenient it was for managing oil.

Is it convenient to carry around?
The case has a small mirror, so I used it to check how oily my skin was or when applying lip product. It was small enough to slip into a pocket or pouch, and it did not take up much room in my bag.

How do you insert and use the refill?
Rather than tearing it off by hand, I cut it along the pre-cuts. I opened the case cover and inner cover, inserted the refill case while matching the direction the paper unrolls and the cutting direction, then closed the lid.

It was also introduced as including one refill roll of blotting paper. I liked being able to pull out only what I needed without touching the next sheet.
