Gyeryugwan is a chicken restaurant near Sindang Station in Jung-gu, Seoul, serving oak wood-fired chicken and chicken dishes. After several visits, I had the moist neungi mushroom wood-fired chicken, the even-better assorted chicken jeon, and crispy chicken gizzard-and-scallion fritters. Verdict: Gyeryugwan is well worth the wait.
