Overnight lip mask for dry lips: Durgent Peptide Collagen

How did I use it on dry, rough lips?

I tend to bite my lips when I’m stressed, so they often get chapped or develop flaky skin. I felt that lip balm alone did not fully address the dryness, so I used this product by applying a generous layer before bed.

The Durgent Lip Mask is an overnight product introduced as containing collagen and peptides as its key ingredients. Since you apply it before sleeping, there were no complicated extra steps.

What are the size and texture like?

It comes in a 22g size, with a round coral-pink balm inside pink packaging. Compared with similarly shaped lip balms, the amount felt generous, so I could use it without feeling sparing.

The balm is cherry-colored, but on my lips it felt like a clear oil barrier with no color left behind. I do not usually prefer strongly scented products, and this one felt almost fragrance-free, which made it comfortable to use.

How are the included spatula and application?

An included spatula made it neat to scoop out the product from the jar. Rather than running thinly, the texture felt like soft jelly when scraped out, then seemed to melt with body heat when it touched my hand or lips.

Did my matte tint apply differently the next day?

Before using it, my lip texture looked rough and dull. Right after application, it had a glossy oil-barrier feel, but even with a thick layer, it did not feel heavy or sticky to me.

The next morning, I was happy that my matte tint applied more evenly than usual without clinging to dry patches. I do not prefer sticky lip products, but I thought this could be a good fit if you want overnight moisture care before bed.
