Yangsan Korean restaurant for spicy kalguksu and grilled bones: Jinhae Jang
Jinhae Jang Bone Kalguksu, Yangsan Branch is a Korean restaurant near Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital in Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan. I had sweetly seasoned grilled bones and spicy boneless bone kalguksu; the tender meat, springy noodles, and spicy broth worked well together. The spacious, tidy dining room and self-serve side-dish station were convenient.
