Gyodae Station pork belly: cold-fresh cuts at Gyodaepae
Gyodaepae (교대패) is a thin-sliced pork restaurant about a five-minute walk from Exit 14 of Gyodae Station in Seoul. I ordered the 500 g Gyodaepae Set with cold-fresh pork belly, pork neck, and thin-sliced pork belly. The meat cooked quickly, and I enjoyed the rich pork belly alongside the milder pork neck.
