Hwangbuja Twigim is a Korean restaurant in Sokcho’s central market where I picked up fried dishes for a family trip. The nurungji ojingeo sundae and seed shrimp gangjeong stood out, while the chili pepper and perilla-leaf fritters felt less memorable; parking and the shop wait were lengthy on a rainy weekday.
