Seoul beef intestine grill and egg fried rice: Pujim Gopchang
Pujim Gopchang Magoknaru Branch is a grilled beef intestine restaurant near Magoknaru Station in Gangseo, Seoul. I started with the Pujim Half Platter, added two servings of gopchang, then had kimchi bibim-guksu and fried rice; the thick gopchang and tender beef heart stood out, though I wished the mini gopchang hot pot had arrived bubbling more vigorously.
