Cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal
HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm tested on dehydrated oily skin. I tested foundation, pencil liner, and mascara on the back of my hand, and the solid balm melted into an oil with body heat. Verdict: it left my skin feeling moisturized rather than oily after rinsing.
