Gangnam brunch restaurant with popover pancakes: The Mignon Seoul
The Mignon Seoul is a two-story brunch restaurant between Gangnam and Sinnonhyeon stations in Seoul. On a return visit, I had the popover pancake and truffle mushroom gnocchi in the bright second-floor dining room. Verdict: the popover pancake was an especially dreamy brunch highlight.
