Charcoal cleansing balm for blackheads and pores: HEEDA

How did it feel to use when blackheads and pores were a concern?

Every time I looked in the mirror, my blackheads and pores caught my attention, so I wanted to change up my cleansing step. In summer, I felt both oiliness and dryness because of the heat and air-conditioned environments, so I used this product while looking for a deep-cleansing product.

What were the texture and post-wash feel like?

At first, it felt like a thick, firm solid balm, but once it touched my skin, it melted with body heat so I could massage it on smoothly. I used it to remove base makeup and color makeup, and after washing, it seemed like the feeling of tightness beneath the skin gradually became less noticeable.

I usually have some redness, and after using it for about a week, I personally felt that the redness seemed to improve a little, too. However, changes in blackheads and the drawbacks mentioned in the original post were not recorded specifically.

How did I use the cleansing balm?

• I applied the product evenly to a dry face.
• Using my fingers, I gently massaged the areas where pores or blackheads were a concern.
• Once the balm melted with body heat and turned oil-like, I wet my hands with a little water to emulsify it.
• I rinsed with lukewarm water to finish.

What is included with the container?

When I opened the container, there was a clear inner lid and a spatula for scooping out the product.
