Wood-fired pizza in Gwangjin, Seoul: Osteria Hyeon’s Melanzane
Osteria Hyeon is a wood-fired pizza restaurant across from Children’s Grand Park in Gwangjin, Seoul. I returned with a close friend for Caesar salad, Melanzane pizza, and chicken steak; the eggplant-and-ricotta pizza and crisp chicken skin stood out, while the terrace felt a little warm, so we sat indoors.
