Elephant Sushi Gwanghwamun is a sushi restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, on B1 of Gwanghwamun KT Tower. We tried the two-person Elephant Sushi B Set, with salmon, tuna, uni gunkan, stuffed futomaki, buckwheat soba, and potato croquettes. For a generous spread of varied sushi, Elephant Sushi Gwanghwamun gets my recommendation!
