Ari Chuksan is a butcher shop in Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong, where I stopped for meat to grill at a summer-vacation pension. I bought 2 cm-thick o-gyeopsal for barbecue; it was springy, juicy, and free of any off smell, while the wide selection of cuts, vegetables, and seasonings made preparing easy.
