Sunscreen for dry sensitive skin: MEDIPICKME AquaMing Mild

How did it feel on dry, sensitive skin?

I have tried quite a few sunscreens because I do not tend to reach for sticky ones, and this one felt soft and light as it spread, like a lotion. My skin is dry and on the sensitive side, but I did not feel any discomfort while using it.

MEDIPICKME Mild AquaMing Sunscreen is an SPF50+ PA++++ product. Its product description stated that its UV protection lasts for 24 hours.

How sticky was it, and did it leave a white cast?

Stickiness was what I cared about most. The biggest plus for me was how little sticky residue it left after application, and the one-shade-brighter effect looked natural rather than overly white or chalky.

The product is introduced as a low-irritation sunscreen, and its information says it has completed Korean vegan certification, an alternative eye-irritation test, and a skin-irritation test. It also lists a Dermatest EXCELLENT rating, though I only took that as reference based on my own experience of using it without any particular issues.

How moisturizing was it, and how was it to use?

It is said to contain five kinds of ceramides, 10 kinds of hyaluronic acid, and panthenol. It did feel hydrating in use, and it was easy to spread without pumping out too much at once.

Because it comes in a pump bottle, I could dispense just the amount I needed. The generous 150ml size also felt practical for using on the body.

Was it good on its own or before makeup?

I usually only wear sunscreen and a cushion foundation and do not put on much base makeup, but this one felt like it would be fine to wear on its own thanks to its natural tone-up effect. It may suit anyone looking for a sunscreen with less stickiness or who prefers a lightweight feel.
