Danya at Seoul Garden Hotel is a reservation-only Japanese restaurant in the hotel basement near Mapo Station in Seoul. I had the dinner sushi omakase with my mother at the counter, and the unhurried, piece-by-piece sushi service and course from steamed abalone to dessert made for a satisfying meal in a calm setting.
