Ramen in Sokcho: tonkotsu to red snow crab cream at Ichiba Ramen
Ichiba Ramen is a ramen restaurant on Jungang-ro in Sokcho, Gangwon, where I ate three different bowls with my husband and mother-in-law after visiting Yeongnangho Lake. The rich tonkotsu, cool hiyashi chuka, and smooth red snow crab roe cream ramen were distinct enough to share, though I wished I had known about the review event before ordering extra toppings.
