Gwangjin Seoul Korean BBQ with staff-grilled pork belly: Sanggu's
Sanggu's Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, between Guui and Gangbyeon Stations. I ordered three portions of fresh Korean pork belly, rice, and steamed egg, and the staff grilled everything from start to finish. Verdict: the 200 g portions and pork belly grilled with kimchi, bean sprouts, and bracken fern were very satisfying.
