Hwangbuja Twigim is a Korean restaurant in Sokcho Central Market, Sokcho, Gangwon. I took away its No. 11 half-and-half squid sundae set and a small seed shrimp gangjeong, then ate them overlooking the sea at Yeonggeumjeong. The crisp nurungji version and soft egg-coated version offered distinct textures, and the sweet-spicy shrimp went well alongside them.
