HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a cleansing balm from Korea used during summer sebum care. The solid balm turned into oil and then milk, and I followed it with cleansing foam when the finish felt lingering. Verdict: a smooth-feeling cleansing balm that I preferred to double-cleanse after.
