Cleansing balm for tight skin after washing: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal
HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Moisturizing Cleansing Balm is a cleansing balm that my mother and I tried at home in Korea; I have combination-oily dehydrated skin, while she has dry skin. It removed sunscreen and oil without leaving either of us with severe tightness after rinsing, though I did not notice a dramatic brightening effect.
