Simdo Hoetjip is a sashimi and seafood restaurant near Jegi-dong Station in Dongdaemun, Seoul. I paired the Assorted Sashimi B Set with raw shrimp and spicy fish stew, and the generous spread—including herring and complimentary butter-grilled shrimp—was especially memorable. Verdict: a seriously filling meal that makes me want to return for a full order of raw shrimp.
