Fig pistachio cake at a Seocho bakery: Chef Cho
Chef Cho Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam is a bakery at Sweet Park in Seocho, Seoul, selling seasonal fruit cakes. I bought the ₩58,000 Fig Pistachio No. 1 cake after its mango cake; the figs were delicious, but the cream's tang and unstable shape were disappointing. Verdict: worth a stop for a beautiful seasonal fruit cake.
