Suwon Korean BBQ with staff-grilled straw-fire beef ribs
Golden Cheese Lotte Department Store Myeongdong Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Suwon, Gyeonggi. I had two 300g servings of fresh prime beef ribs with careful banchan, mushroom pesto, and free staff grilling. The straw-fire aroma and chewy meat between the bones were the standout bites.
