Gwanghwamun sushi restaurant with aged fish: Elephant Sushi
Elephant Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, connected to Gwanghwamun Station. On a weekend date, I had the B Set, a Suntory highball, and gyokku; the low-temperature-aged fish, especially toro and abalone, stood out. Verdict: a satisfying sushi stop with well-balanced rice.
