Samhwa Susan is a charcoal-grilled freshwater eel restaurant in Nami-myeon, Cheongju, Chungbuk. My husband and I shared 1 kg of eel while a staff member grilled it for us; the portion suited two, and I especially liked it with the sweet-tangy chive salad.
