Suwon gyukatsu restaurant with charcoal grilling: Gyuen-dang
Gyuen-dang Avenue France Gwanggyo Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Suwon, Gyeonggi, where diners grill gyukatsu at the table. The sirloin gyukatsu tasted best to the writer after about 30 seconds, while the chicken tsukune rice bowl was an especially pleasant surprise. A fun, filling meal with both hands-on grilling and a satisfying rice bowl.
