Haeundae Korean restaurant for spicy bone soup: Byeolhaebyeol
Byeolhaebyeol Gamjatang Centum Branch is a Korean restaurant near Jaesong Hanmaeum Market in Haeundae, Busan. On a rainy evening, I had the spicy ppyeo-haejangguk, with a deep, spicy broth, plenty of siregi, and tender meat that came easily off the bone. The dedicated courtyard parking and generous side-dish refill station were useful touches.
