Hwarodam Yang Kkochi is a lamb restaurant in Gangseo, Seoul. On my second visit, I had shoulder rack, lamb sirloin skewers, and guo bao rou; the staff-grilled rack and thick, tender skewers stood out, while the guo bao rou sauce smelled sharply sour.
