Pheasant restaurant in Chungju: Suanbo Daejanggun's 12-course meal
Suanbo Daejanggun is a pheasant restaurant at the foot of Woraksan in Suanbo-myeon, Chungju. On my second visit, I ordered the 12-dish Daewang Surasang course; the tender raw pheasant, clean hot-pot broth, and three-color sujebi stood out.
