Chungju pheasant restaurant course: Suanbo Daejanggun
Suanbo Daejanggun is a pheasant restaurant in Suanbo-myeon, Chungju, where I tried the two-person Daewang Surasang course during a Suanbo trip. From raw pheasant sashimi and hot pot to dumplings and sujebi, the portions were generous and the presentation was neat, though the price felt burdensome.
