Cheongju grilled eel restaurant with staff grilling: Samhwa Susan
Samhwa Susan is a grilled eel restaurant in Nami-myeon, Cheongju, where I ordered 1 kg of eel. The staff cooked nearly all of it for us, and I enjoyed the clam soup and Hangang ramyeon, but the crowded, noisy family-dining atmosphere meant we finished in 40 minutes and left quickly.
