Bucheon ramen with adjustable salt and oil: Gyeoretsu Ramen
Gyeoretsu Ramen Bucheon University Branch is a ramen restaurant 432 meters from Bucheon Station Exit 3. I tried tonkotsu ramen, spicy kara tonkotsu ramen, and mixed fried sides, adjusting the salt and oil to suit my taste. The tables were somewhat tight, but the food came quickly, and the lighter-oil spicy broth and tender chashu stood out.
