HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm for dry skin. After using it for several days, I found that lipstick and eyeshadow came off with a few rolls, while eyeliner needed a little more work. Verdict: it felt like a comfortable everyday cleanser for dry skin.
