Mapo Korean barbecue dinner course: Usu private-room restaurant
Usu (우수) is a private-room Korean barbecue restaurant connected to Gongdeok Station in Mapo, Seoul. I had the Dinner B Course with my mother, and we especially enjoyed the bulgogi sandwich, Hanwoo tteokgalbi, and abalone five-color gardenia noodles. Grilling striploin on our own brazier alongside rice and seaweed soup made the meal satisfying.
